Please Note: Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 30 calendar days of your delivery date. We do not offer refunds of any kind, however we will provide  a store credit. Please submit all returns via our returns portal which can be found at: Laura Luxe Return Portal


  • Merchandise must be in it's original condition, with tags intact if applicable
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, free from any scent
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and not included in store credit provided (if approved)
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping
  • Customer is responsible for obtaining and purchasing the return shipping label.

 The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted and Clearance items
  • Under garments including body suits and swim wear
  • Flash sale promos
  • All Accessories (jewelry, hats, sunglasses)


All returns must be sent back within 30 calendar days of your delivery date.  Any returns received after the 30 day timeframe will not be accepted for store credit and returned.  Please ensure your name and order number is provided with the return package.  

Once the return is submitted through the above portal and approved, a follow up email will be sent with return instructions and shipping address.

Please note, You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back. We do not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless you received damaged or incorrect items).
We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

Once your return has been accepted and approved,  we will process the store credit within 3-5 business days.  An email notification will be sent to you with the store credit details.  Store credit does not expire.


Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we can not guarantee exchanges.  Once issued, store credit can be used toward any available merchandise.
